On September 10, 2024, PLTgolf proudly served as the presenting sponsor of the inaugural First Responders Children’s Foundation (FRCF) Golf Classic at the prestigious Sebonack Golf Club in Southampton, NY. This special event brought together professional athletes, first responders, and supporters to raise funds for the children of fallen and injured first responders.
In commemoration of the 23rd anniversary of 9/11, the Golf Classic featured a lineup of sports legends from the NFL, MLB, LPGA, PGA, and NHL. Notable participants included Victor Cruz, Ahmad Rashad, Jermaine Kearse, Tino Martinez, John Franco, Marina Alex, and PGA pros John Mallinger and James Driscoll. Their presence underscored the importance of the cause and the collective commitment to supporting first responder families.
Leaders from the NYPD, FDNY, New York State Police, Suffolk County Sheriff’s Department, and local fire departments also attended, highlighting the deep community ties and shared mission of honoring those who serve.
