Group Order FAQs
Our standard turnaround is about three weeks from the time your styles, sizes, logo, and quantities are confirmed and approved. During peak periods, lead times may shift. We will confirm a timeline once we review your request and provide updates as your order is being carefully crafted for the memories and leisure time that awaits.

Yes. You can mix and match styles and colors across both men's and women's collections to meet the 20-item minimum.
Yes, all styles are available, subject to current inventory and production timing. If a style or color is limited, we will recommend comparable options that fit your timeline or group needs.
Customized pre-orders are also an option. Ask us about timelines and minimum order quantities.
We recommend vector or .dst file formats. We can also review high-resolution PNG files if that is what you have. Common logo placements include left chest, left sleeve, and back yoke (options vary by product). Our team will confirm placement details during the quoting process.
Yes. We will provide a proof for approval prior to production. Any revisions may impact the overall timeline, and we will communicate timing clearly if updates are needed.
Custom logo embroidery or vinyl is available on eligible apparel and select accessories. If you have a specific item in mind, include it in the form and we will confirm what is possible.
Yes. PLT Golf offers women’s styles and can include them in your group assortment.

Because items are made to order and decorated, customized products are typically final sale. If there is a defect or an issue with custom decoration, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
Payment details will be included with your quote. In most cases, payment is due once the order is approved and ready to move into production.
Yes. If your organization is tax-exempt, please include that in your request.
Shipping is calculated after your order is packed, since it depends on box count and total weight. Your shipping total will be shown on your final invoice prior to shipment. If you are located near Tacoma, WA, local pickup is also an option. Join our Tour today!
